Confidentiality and FERPA Compliance
All information provided to or obtained by Stikes Athletic Consulting in connection with an eligibility audit or compliance review will be treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating athletic eligibility and program compliance.
Stikes Athletic Consulting recognizes that certain records provided by schools may constitute protected student education records under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Any such records will be handled in a manner consistent with FERPA requirements and applicable state and federal privacy laws. Information from education records will only be accessed by authorized personnel with a legitimate educational interest in performing the requested services.
Stikes Athletic Consulting will not disclose, publish, or release confidential or personally identifiable information obtained during the audit process to any third party without the prior written consent of the participating school or district, unless disclosure is required by law. Audit results and supporting documentation will be shared only with authorized school or district personnel designated by the school system.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and procedural safeguards will be maintained to protect the confidentiality and security of all records and data submitted or reviewed. All confidential information, including student records and institutional data, will remain protected both during and after the completion of services.
